Good at finding duplicates - bad at dealing with them

I wish there was a way to select which folder should be considered the originals when auto selecting duplicates to delete. My specific use case is cleaning up old picture archives. I am relocating my oiginals form my Active Aperture library into a folder. I then do the same for an older library I want to de-dupe.

The ideal behavior would be that I am able to select the folder containing the orginals of my actively used Aperture library. Once the old folder of orginals is deduped I would be left with pictures not contained in my active library that I could then import.

Does this make sense? How do I accomplish this?

Also, how about a progress bar?

Now that they have made this app free I guess they will only make future enhacements as in-app purchases.
