It’s not responding and I can’t even force quit it!

I opened it right after it’s been downloaded, and after it scaned only one folder, it frozed until now. I can’t force quit it, and I can’t deep delete it using other App, so I can’t even restart the laptop. PLEASE someone tells me how to solve the problem. Thank you.
